Any decent scanner can do this is set properly. If you want a good low cost scanner that scans nice, get the HP G-3110 or the HP G-4010 for legal size drawings.
The secret is to set the scanner to scan at 600 dpi and adding a little contrast to it. Make sure to put a few blank pages over the drwing you want to scan. This will produce nice clean scans :)
As long as it’s not incredibly cheap, it doesn’t matter. I have an HP Deskjet F2180. It’s an all in one. Scans fine and the print quality is really really good for an inkjet printer. Was £40 a year ago.
