Oh, this is great, i have to see this movie.
Im a huge fan of Dick. A Scanner Darkly is one of the best books i’ve ever read.

This movie was Deep.
The war on drugs is irrelevant. Look back ten years ago and compare the stats of today. Really no Difference.

Keanu Reeves chooses the coolest scifi roles. I think he would have made War of the Worlds far better if it were him instead of Cruise. Cruise just didn’t fit the character of rebellious “wing it” father.

Exactly. I don’t understand how anyone finds the film to be difficult to follow. And even if someone were to find it intricately made, so much that it was hard to follow, why not watch it again before making fun of it on youtube? Ridiclious.

While watching the movie actually pieces fell into place in my mind about how intricate the plot is – I also read the book, and I missed to put some stuff in context. Best PKD adaptation ever, it gives justice to his work (unlike some other adaptations *cough*Total Recall*cough*).

When you sit down and watch this movie you really need to pay the fuck attention then you will understand. Usually by your second time.

Loved the book. Loved the film. The commentary that includes Philip K Dick’s daughter is very interesting too.

I liked the way the film took itself serious without being pompous.
