Linksys Wireless-N Router Series
This Wireless-N Broadband Router is really three devices in one. First, there’s the Wireless Access Point, which allows you to connect to your network without cables. There is also a built-together 4-port full-duplex 10/100 Switch to connect your wired-Ethernet devices. Finally, the Router are all together and lets your whole network share a high-speed cable or. DSL Internet connection. The Access Point uses the router integrated the very latest wireless networking technology, Wireless-N (draft 11n 802nd). By overlaying the signals of multiple radios, Wireless-N’s “Multiple In, Multiple Out” (MIMO) technology multiplies the effective data rate. Unlike ordinary wireless networking technologies, the signal due to reflections, MIMO uses these reflections to increase the range and reduce dead spots in the wireless coverage area. The robust signal travels farther, maintaining wireless connections up to 4 times farther than standard Wireless-G. Interest in this product? Yea I have a job thats why i am commeting this. It has created so many problems. People buy this thinking they are going to get 4x coverage on their house, and guess what its the same deam thing as their 5 year old router coverage. And they call me to install it in their house and it does not give any better coverage. They get all upset and they think its my fault. Its not. Its guys like this guy who market their product and lie about it.

brendanspurious666, go do ur homework first then post comments. I would say buy an old router and buy this router and compare their performance for the coverage, i would guarantee it’s going to be the same. Just for ur information I had to deal with low end consumer type jobs where people scream their guts off when they find out their coverage is not what this guy said and what they read in the front. Nobody reads the disclaimers when they say all this is done based on theoritical coverage.

Dear Logan and all members of TigerDirect clan,
Thanks for the video, my question is:
Has anyone used the router with “Optimizer Reduces Lag” feature and get the true results?Correct me if I’m wronge but, I believe the gaming lag issues are coming from the internet service provider (Provider Edge) not the costumer side (Costumer Edge).
It’d be nice if someone upload a video that has the full web interface with the Linksys gaming Wireless Router N-Series.
