HP Counters Dells Offer Raises 3PAR Bid to 18B
August 27, 2010 — Countering Dell’s recent bid to acquire storage solutions firm 3PAR, HP announced on Friday it has increased its bid to $27.00 per share in cash, or $1.8 billion.
