I got this 2 days ago when I visited a website AVG told me not to.
No antispyware/malware (not even Malwarebytes) was able to completely delete these infections as they were running within the Windows system.
In the end, I took out my hard-drive and scanned it with another computer to remove the last 2 files, but one of them was ipsec.sys (within windows/system32/drivers) – important for your TCPIP (& thus internet) to work. I copied ipsec.sys from another comp & after 2 days of pain, all is ok. -
