If it is accredited by WASC for example in California, then it would most likely be a true diploma.

I know with alot of trojans they have code that is running that does not allow you to open firewalls or close the process in task manager. What you can do is go into msconfig and click on the startup tab and deselect what doesn’t look right in there, I would do a search of each process that you don’t know about before just unchecking all of them. Then from there it should point you to where the file is stored.. But first reboot your PC and you should be able to open your a/v.. Do a scan and if your a/v doesn’t find it go to the folder and delete the files.. If you are good with the registry, just make sure you back it up before messing with it, you can go in there and remove all entries from the trojan..
