Question : ink cartridges ? discount coupons real or BS ?
I have priced a couple of bargain ink cartidge sites for HP inkjet cartridges which tout a discount coupon which when I tried to apply it to the purchase was not usable !! How many of them are doing this ? is it legal ?

That’s really sad, and definitely illegal and unethical. I’m not sure how many do this – most of the ones I’ve found seem to work ok.
