How can a Non-Profit send out a mass email to check if the addresses are valid, without being CAN-SPAMed?
Question : How can a Non-Profit send out a mass email to check if the addresses are valid, without being CAN-SPAMed?
My organization is in the beginning stages of building an e-newsletter service. We have many addresses in our address book that we would like to send a mass test-email asking if they would like to subscribe to our future e-newsletter service. How can we send out this mass email without being marked as a spammer?
mass email

Sorry, but a mass “Would you like to receive our news letter?” type mail is regarded as Spam and most people would delete it, many without reading it. Many such mails include a link and people have discovered that clicking the link is not always a wise thing to do
That IS Spam. You might deceive yourself, but not anyone else with any common sense.
