do not buy them from the Internet. by the time you pay shipping they cost a lot more. In many cases before shipping they cost more then they would at wal mart. I am not sure if you have a Wal Greens in your area. But they have refill ink cartridges. It is like getting a presciption filled. A black one is around seven and a colored one is around eight bucks. Very high quality. Works the same as a new one. They even put a safety seal on it so the ink does not leak out.

Hi. The cheapest way is to refill them. But many online sites have less expensive (recycled) cartridges. http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=deskbar&q=printer+ink
