I need a ready made database software for online art gallery where I can store all artist’s details as weel as their image. In other words, build their profile which will be accessible on the web everyone online.

There are some FileMaker Pro templates that probably solve most of your needs (although you probably have more than you mentioned in one short paragraph). And because it is FileMaker Pro, you can make it available on the web instantly or use custom web publishing or mysql+php. This is a cross platform solution, Mac or PC.
