Question : Can I just use a regular guitar patch cable to hook up my guitar amp head to my cab?
I have a Peavey Windsor 100W tube head and a Peavey cab 4×12. Can I just use a regular patch cable?

Maybe for a little while. It depends on the gauge,, and how loud you are playing. At full volume, it will likely be too thin.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!
Use an actual shielded speaker cable.
You can seriously damage your amp by using a guitar lead, as they are not designed to carry that load.
