Is there some kind of mas90/200 user guide book available in the store or online?I’m working for a company that use Mas90 but the account clerk left the company a few weeks before i join the company, so no one really know how to use the system.I have a few question regarding the data entry into mas90.
1) i received ultilities bill, i need to input into system , post and request check payment,how do i do that? is it done under AP section or GL?
2) i received invoice from vendor, all the purchase,payment related to vendor is under AP section right? how about those cost of good sold expenses like freight and the operating expenses like salary,ultilities,are all this expenses data entry under AP section??
3) i have a stake of payment stub for vendor and employee, how to do enter the data? AP?
4) the GL section is use for what? depreciation, stock?
5) how to use the system for bank recon?
