If you go to www.downloads.com and do a search for pos there are a few programs out there. You can try them before you buy them to see if you like them.
There is a good program out there on EBay called Manage More. The program is not just POS it does inventory, billing and accounting. Just do a search for Manage More at EBay. It is only for a single license though. If you buy the same program through their website it is about $ 600 when on EBay they sell it for $ 25

Ifyo uare in the UK you only need three wires anyway. + and – of the line and the third wire extends the bell circuit so that phones plugged into the other sockets will ring.
Make sure the + & – wires don’t get reversed between the jacks as otherwise the phone will ring continuously.
