Question : What machines does the printing shop use when print restaurant menus?
Is it the same plotter prints the menus and cut them or they are 2 different machines one plotter and one cutter? and how they fold them? also how much cost them for the paper and the ink to print 5000 menus 8.5×11 double sides full color?

There are machines that do both. There are also separate machines for each function. The cost for the paper and ink doesn’t matter. You are also paying for wear and tear on the machine, the time off the employees setting up the machines, overhead to keep the shop open, and enough profit to make it worth the owners investment in the shop. The price you pay depends on several factors you CAN’T provide online.
