It’s an Ideal part#45-603. I believe they sell them at Home Depot, Lowes, etc…

Johhnysshop,
Question: I recently installed an off the air antenna and purchased a compression tool kit. I am using quad shield rg6. In the directions it shows that after making your strips in the coax to not only pull back the first layer of aluminum braiding but to also pull back the first layer of foil. Does this sound correct? I am not getting the performance that I expected. I will have a cable tester in a few days and am thinking that I made an error. Any help would be great. Thx

@NoCoFire You know, I’ve seen the same thing in the instructions and have tried it both ways. I usually keep the foil on and haven’t had issues.
