The idea is to watch my room or other part of my house by simply logon to a personal webpage when outside or out of the country.
The ideal would be a sort of gadget that even monitor temperature, humidity, image and stream all data online to be retrieve remotely in a different location.

Panasonic makes a network camera for $ 89 which plugs into your network and streams video to a web page you can access from the Internet. More than one camera will require a Panasonic camera router which will stream up to 16 cameras to the same website. The router is expensive, $ 399.
This product does not have the ability to monitor temperature and humidity but you could point the camera at a thermostat or humidity sensor to get this information.
You also have the ability to remotely record one camera with the DVR software that comes with the camera. More than one camera will require the upgraded software package.
I hope this helps.
