Question : Heard that Carbinite lost a whole lotta data, doing it on the cheap. Am I better with Citadel Remote Backup?
I know it’s only a difference of a couple dollars a month, but if these companies are offering the lowest prices, then using the cheapest equipment, how does that protect the data I’m expecting them to protect. I’ve been hearing about Citadel lately, any thoughts?
remote backup

They lost data for about 7500 user a few months ago because they were using Pormise Arrays to store the data. Some say that wasn’t a great way to go, but you have investors that are throwing money into it like Rockefellers, and giving it away as cheap as they can. Soooo, you get what you pay for.
Citadel is good, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for (and the don’t throw away your data to save space)
