mine says the signal is none no bars at all what i do also it says the bridge could not configure because of some windows open what i do?

omg in my desktop windows vista in set up thingy it doesnt say ad hoc only says connect to the internet/set up wireless router or access point/connect to a workplace/set up a dial connection thats the only thing that says can someone help me

hi it dosent let me bridge it says…”to create a network bridge you must select at least two LAN or High Speed internet connections that are not being used by internet connection sharing”…. please help!!
