Who makes the best Tablet Notebook PCs for artists and photoshop editing?

There are tablet PCs but those are mostly meant for note taking and not digital drawing and graphics related things. For that, you definitely want a mac. But you don’t need a tablet PC, best choice I would say would be a mac with a graphics tablet, Wacom makes really good ones. It gives you all the flexibility of drawing on screen but is waaayy cheaper.
