Question : What are the best free spyware scanner and removal systems?
I have seen several program that are free but only to scan. I am talking about the programs that really get in there and find them, remove them totally fromt he system, this includes getting the pieces out of the registry.

Ad-Aware SE Personal is free. http://www.lavasoft.com/ . If you need forum help with Ad-Adware, I would suggest Landzdown, http://www.landzdown.com
Spybot-Search & Destroy is free,

Their forum is good too when you run into problems or can’t get rid of some spyware/malware. Unless you are really experienced, I would not activate (check) Tea Timer when you install it. Spybot Search & Destroy, and AdAware. I use them both, Spybot has a resident that blocks many known bad addresses totally. They are both free, and available from various download sites. I give one for each.
