it depends on your setup, if you have a dual receiver for both rooms or two singles standalone. Either way you can’t connect third room without little sacrifice – you can mirror-image one of your rooms to third room,so basically both rooms gonna run same stuff and person in third rooms is gonna have to watch whatever is on in source room. Or just get another receiver from Dish Network, and tech will install it for you.
In case you gonna mirror- image picture follow this:
1) for dual receiver you need to splice into line that goes to TV2(the tv that doesn’t have the box),using a 2-way splitter.
2) for single receiver you need to splice line that goes from receiver to TV.
It might be challenging for you, so you might wanna let a tech do it. Easiest way to get tech is to call Dish Network and tell them that you have a problem with your system,so they will send a technician to your house, when he arrives tell him that there is no problem, but offer him running line to third room for certain amount of money, usually between 30-80$ depending on difficulty. After he does that for you make sure he cancels the work order that was created when you reported “problem” – that way you won’t be charged at all, and tech wins too – he makes his money,so it’s not like driving to your house was waste of time. I hope this information hepls you.
