Question : Is there a way to have MS Business Contact manager share a database over the internet/?
I have my partner and my computer sharing a database on my laptop and as long as we are on the same router it syncs but if we are separated then she can’t add certain things so I was wondering could I use my hosting server to store the database?

Yeah, depending on what your back end type you have for MS BCM you can use either an MS Access or SQL database. I can help you out if you need to migrate it.
