Question : Is there a screen monitoring software that will allow me to monitor productivity of home based agents?
I run a virtual call center with 5 web based agents. As the call center manager i need to monitor my agents live screens to monitor their productivity during work sessions. Is there software available for me to access this ability on my macbook with which i administrate the virtual call center?

RealVNC might do what you want, and it’s free. The home computers would need to open a port in their firewall to allow VNC access.
