Question : How do I attach files in the “History” section of Microsoft Business Contact Manager?
Actually, I know how to attach files. More specifically, how do I attach a file in the History section of an Account so that all my co-workers can see this same file on their computers? When I attach a file and save, I can see the actual file, I.e. A PDF of a paid invoice, but everyone else only sees the pathway location of the file. I’m unable to share the file across the entire network & I can’t figure out why. Thanks!!!

Usually there is a ‘share drive’…you simply drag the file to the share folder/drive. Then double check it and make sure you can access it the way you would access one of the shared folders from a colleague. That’s how it would work in any office I’ve ever been in but I don’t know your system. Hope this helps a little, if not, good luck.
