Windows Server 2003 – Streaming Media Server Configuration I

I set up my windows server 2003, I will like to gave streaming audio to my own radio in bolivia…I do the setup and they connect to me from windows encoder and when you put the url on the windows player dosen’t play or you can’t listen.
