Wouldn’t there be a supply chain, where supplier and receiver each have the resources to check that tests work.

That’s the whole problem it should work, so why doesn’t it – I can only assume that someone is being paid to cover it up, or maybe the technology does work but they don’t want anyone to know, just like the government covers up so many things that we are not privy too :)
