It’s very hard to start out because a lot of doctors don’t want to let go of their billing. What can I do?

Put an ad in the paper and print up copies and send them out to all the doctors offices. Make sure you put attn: dr ———–on the envelope so the office people don’t open it and throw it away. That way the dr will read it.
