Question : (Advice Needed) What eCommerce Software Should I use?
I am cannot find a shopping cart which meets my requirements and since I am rather new to this area of the internet someone might know something I don’t. What I am looking for is:
– A shopping cart that can be hosted on my server but run completely seperate from the design of my site (no template driven design).
– Basically it will be similar to using PayPal Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons but be a lot more advanced and hosted on my server.
I hope you tech guys can help with me this!

My personal suggestions is to use a hosting service that has monitoring and technical support, for example Bluehost.com.
They have a large set of built in applications that you can simply install. Of that list they support the top 2 ecommerce packages. they are OS Commerce & Zen Cart. If you want more flexibility and functionality, then you’re looking at a custom solution.
