how did randy moss get so bad so fast?

Question : how did randy moss get so bad so fast?
How did a WR like him drop off, and get as bad as he did so fast
Look at this:
2007 season: Moss, 98 receptions for 1,493 yrds for 23 tds, and an average of 15.2 yards per catch.
This season: Moss, 28 receptions for 293 yards and 5 tds all season!
What they heck happened in a span of a couple years? and could he ever get back to where he was a couple years ago.

Moss quit trying. Look at his body language and listen to all the issues he’s had with his teams this season. He called out the Pats, then while in Minnesota he said how much he liked the Patriots and pretty much said he would rather be there, then blew up at a catered event, and now in Tennessee he’s been accused of calling a radio station and demanding Jeff Fischer’s firing. He doesn’t respect the game anymore. Why? You’ll have to ask Randy that question.

He’d be playing well if he had a quarterback who got him the ball, also, age catches up to you and in this league if your qb doesn’t get you the ball then your career is most likely over quickly
