Question : What’s better the epson workforce 600 or the canon mx850? ink-wise what’s cheaper in the end?
im looking for a new printer with fax capability and im willing to spend no more than 200. im not familar with canon or epson. what has better software. i had an hp printer but im never going back to hp again. how does photo ink work? new cartridges similar to hp printers?

I definitely would go with the Canon. In my opinion their ink is of a better quality, the printer is built better, the software is better, and the print outs are better. And, the ink cartridges are only a dollar or two more expensive — so it’s probably worth it to go with the Canon. Below are links to the cartridges that each of these printers uses:
