How come alienware has a cheap 800 dollar gaming laptop and other companys dont have one with a lower price?
Question : How come alienware has a cheap 800 dollar gaming laptop and other companys dont have one with a lower price?
Its strange that alien wares are useally expensive but there newest model is cheap and affordable, how come other companys arent making there gaming laptops cheaper as well?

Marketing the phrase of “gaming laptop”…. Be sure you know what’s under the hood – note that the MX-11 is just that… an 11″ screen.
I cannot imagine gaming on that; I would be at the optometrist for new glasses in a week!

They do it by using substandard “generic” parts. This means it will not perform as well, and has a much higher risk of failing. Alienware is Dell now, and that’s the same way Dell makes cheap PCs. They are cheap in price AND quality.
That is advertised as a gaming laptop, but you would have a hard time running modern games that look halfway decent.

Alienware are owned by Dell. So if you looked inside the cheap laptop it would be a normal Dell with an alienware sticker on it.
Gaming laptop is a very lose term too. Also of laptops described as gaming ones are really not good. (Although when you compare price and performance all gaming laptops seem really bed value)
