How to use laptop as a wireless adapter for Xbox 360?
Question : How to use laptop as a wireless adapter for Xbox 360?
I’m running Windows 7 with a Dell wireless laptop. I’m receiving a wireless signal and have a Ethernet cord. Are there step-by-step instructions for establishing a internet connection between the laptop and Xbox for Windows 7?
Don’t you have to edit Network Settings?

You can use an ethernet cable and plug it into the laptop and use a broadband connection without the bridge access.
Follow these steps
1.Connect your laptop to your wireless router. You probably already do. I’m pretty sure the if you use WEP security settings this will work as well. The Xbox will connect to the laptop not the wireless router.
2.Connect your Ethernet cable from your laptop to your Xbox 360. No details needed it’s pretty easy.
3.Open up network connections on your laptop. You can find this in control panel, or go to Run and run ncpa.cpl.
4.Select your two connections (LAN and Wireless) right click on them an select bridge connections. This will create a new connection icon showing the bridge.
5.Turn on your Xbox 360. You should be connected. If not go back to Network Connections and click repair the connection, or on your Xbox click on “Connect to XBOX Live” then “Test Connection”
6.Get your game on!
