Allison, this is a loaded question.

You don’t say where you live, which is the biggest factor here. Not all cable companies (i.e. the “best”) provide service in all areas. In fact, most households are only serviced by ONE cable company.

My suggestion is to go to ThisIsCable’s website, plug in your address, find out who services your home, and go from there to check out that cable company’s website or call them for specials.
