Question : Is it possible that there is a known mouse problem with HP ProLiant servers (ILO enabled)?
We’re running several HP servers and I tried to plug a PS/2 mouse directly to the server. It appears on the screen but I can’t move it. Tested that on several servers with the same behavior. I also tested it with HP Rackmount which has a touchpad as mouse, it is not working either.
ILO is enabled – I have seen a hint in the HP forums that this could cause problems with local plugged mice.
Any ideas?
