Use of the ACT database
Sage Software ACT has made, and it was published in the 1980s. Many commercial companies have been using this software for the efficient management of contacts. It is for many companies, a software that is easy to use, to accommodate screens with its contact and drop-down menus to navigate important. Different companies will benefit greatly from this software, where it contains fields for personal data and other related business contacts. How can you use this software database? First you see a Start icon and you must click on this button. The startup screen appears right after you click the icon. You have to switch to touch screen, as any information or records of all individuals and business firms that includes you collected and stored. When you add new contacts, you can download the file menu and click on “Add a new contact” button. From there, a blank screen comes into view. You can then contact with all the information you need, then save the recorded data. You can also keep the calendar icon at the entrance of your daily or weekly overview. The left side of the screen shows the date on which you can and on the necessary information for the day. You can use any appointments, meetings and conferences a week in advance so that you save and save. “Groups” icon on the ACT contact management software allows the personal contacts within a group or profession. If you set the name of the person under a particular company, you can easily change the name of “groups” icon. Emailing all contacts in a company would be so much easier. The ACT database allows you to send an e-mail through the e-mail icon that you can see on the startup screen. From there you can select the “Compose Mail” from the menu. You will be asked to compose the right person, then the body of the e-mail and click Send to enter. You can also choose from the list of all meetings, conferences or other activities for a particular day by the icon in the task list. The ACT contact management can also track how often a particular customer were contacted through the “possibility” button. All telephone calls, emails and other information may be listed by this software. Sales letters and documents can also be easily made by his “word processing” feature.
