fall all the time, but not very fast, more should be done on your needs such as price of equipment. You do not mention the currency of your price, so I have no idea if they are reasonable or not.

I don’t know about India, but those PC components are outdated. Pentium D’s are the lowest performing dual cores you can buy.
Intel will soon be realeasing its first revision of its Core 2 line up very soon. Supposedly they are going to have quad cores priced at $ 266 USD! Imagine that, I paid more than that for my aging dual core AMD Opteron.. People who work with high end software apps will sure be happy.

I doubt it. Before you buy that, make sure it will run with your OS. Plus if you total it up, looks like the OS will cost more than anything.
New built computer, have the OS encluded, so you might do better, to get a computer that is operating, with the OS.
I have seen my son, day after day, try to get his to work, but I think he did not consider the OS, and it was more inportant to him that is would run games.
XBOX 360 runs games.
