Yes, if Native Mac. If not, then again, yes. If this is not for Mac, you can always boot camp and Windows software to run. Anyway, yes.
Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) is not out yet, so no details on software compatibly can be assumed – however it is likely that any OS X software that worked on 10.4 should work on 10.5.
I am not sure if you are talking about Microsoft Student for PC or Mac (I am not sure if there are different versions) but if you are talking about the Mac version, it will work.
If you want to run the Windows version of Microsoft Student on Mac OS 10.5 you will need to have a Intel-based Macintosh computer. If you bought a computer in the past year, or intend to buy a Mac once 10.5 is released, it should be an Intel-based Mac. You then have two options:
– Using Boot Camp, install Windows on the Mac and dual boot into it to install and run Microsoft Student.
– Purchase Parallels and install Microsoft Student in Mac OS X and then emulate the software straight from OS X.
