I forgot to mention that there had to eBay.J one was boxed Windows XP, authentic listed with the ACO and the hardware and my application was withdrawn claimed copyright infringement. Does anyone know why? It is not used, unopened unpirated, software with the hardware. How can this be a violation of copyright? Thank you for your comment. There are hundreds like them are sold every day, even without hardware. What is this? Reply

Contact eBay support. I bought my XP Pro off eBay similar to how yours was offered. Paid £32 (US$ 46) and was surprised to find no hardware at all in the package (most sellers include a cheap mouse simply to keep it legal)
