What is the difference in the hardware?
Okay, so I had to play with computers for a very long time, but I’m a gamer, not a technician. Farthest reach of my knowledge is to realize that maybe some better, although I do not know exactly pourquoi.Maintenant, I just started shopping for a new office due to my past is the way of the dinosaurs and I’m wondering if I simply A few things to clarify. Cliff Notes, if possible, but a little more than “faster.” I do not know much, but I do not think that lack of intelligence are the questions. What makes a dual-core 2.4 GHz processor better than a 2.4 GHz P4 processor and what is the exact function of the Ram? (Please do not tell me what it means to ram, I know, its random access memory) What is the meaning of a card if graphics are a gaming graphics card is the same thing you always do, and what are some red flags in the design the devices should I be careful? (Because the material that is compatible only in the fact that it fits together, but really should not be put together) Response

a dual- Core 2.4 GHz processor better than a 2.4 GHz P4 processor? Are you serious panic and what is the exact function of the Ram? (Please do not tell me what it means to ram, I know, its random access memory) Are you not look up, what are some red flags in the design of equipment do I want attention? (Because the material that is compatible only in the fact that it fits together, but really should not be put together) Once again you can not see jusqu’àQuitter be lazy and wait for someone else you chercherCessez direFYI you’re not a true gamer since a player knows why a true dual-core P4 will be better
Hardware Notes
The clock frequency of a CPU is like engine RPM. It doesn’t tell you how big the engine is. Likewise, newer CPUs have more transistors so they do more with each clock cycle. Look up your CPU performance at passmark and you will see that the newer CPUs have much higher ratings even though the clock frequencies have actually came down since P4s.
RAM is sort like the workshop where things get done. If you have too many things running at once it gets crowded and Windows will start swapping things out to disk, making it very slow. Your hard disk is sort of like the warehouse where stuff is stored.
Multimedia graphics card? Maybe it has sound (ATI) because a HDMI connector includes sound. Or it could just be marketing hype.
Avoid overclocking. Computers crash enough without abusing the hardware. Overclocking only buys a small advantage in speed. You are better off upgrading to a faster CPU etc. For most applications you are limited by your internet connection speed and your hard drive. Be sure to get a fast SATA HDD.
