I create a photo mosaic for my girlfriend and I want to select my own pictures for them. are there any freeware available on the net? Reply

Gimp. It is extremely easy and is pretty much more powerful and easier to use than Photoshop CS5. (I have two) you can simply a mosaic filter for the image and you get amazing results.
