I just began a job as a Programming Coordinator for a small tv network and I currently make monthly schedules using excel. The problem is I make various schedules for various timezones, which means I have to go back and adjust the times either an hour ahead or behind according to the time zone and that takes forever.
Everytime I make a new schedule it feels like I’m reinventing the wheel. Is there any type of software out there that can aid me in making a monthly schedule (maybe some sort of template), and it’s able to adjust the times as needed according to time zones?
I’ve tried Filmaker but no luck at all.

I have a similar job for a public access channel and have also been on a quest to simplify the scheduling process. There are scheduling programs out there, but the ones I found were very pricey ($ 3500). Like you, I am making my schedules in excel. You should be able to create a formula that will change all the times on the schedule automatically. If you could email me some examples of your schedules, I can see what I can figure out.

you’re going to be hard pressed to find a service, you usually need to host your own to do so. I would just try a free file sending service to send your large PDFs, like SizableSend.com

I want to print my pictures with a white border around them. If worse comes to worse I could add it on manually but I would rather have it done when they’re printed.
I’ve tried Shutterfly, Snapfish, Sams Photo Club… I know the Flickr printing service lets you, but they only deliver, and it’s a little pricey. I was hoping I could pick them up at a store.
I just went to Walgreens- and I don’t see a border option…

Walgreens.com does.
*At Walgreens.com click the “Photo” tab, then create an account, log in, upload the photo you would like to add a border too. Once you do all of that, click on your photo and to the right there will be a menu. Under the “edit and organize” section, there is an option that says “add a border” and you can add borders of various sizes, shapes and colors. Plain black and white borders are under the “studio” tab, but there are fun ones too.
