Question : Cartridge problems with canon copier?? Recently I bought a refurbished toner cartridge for my Canon NP 6412 copier. It took me a while to figure out how to install the cartridge because this was the first cartridge-change we’ve don with it so far, ( we bought the copier used). Anyways, I finally managed to stick it in there and I tried to power up the copier, but, lo and behold, the “no toner” light was still flashing and the copier was not responding when I tried to copy something.
