1 / (A’s time) + 1 / (B’s time) = 1 / (Total time for A and B)

1 / 3 + 1 / 5 = 1 / T

Get a common denominator, so you can add these fractions…

5 / 15 + 3 / 15 = 1/ T
8 / 15 = 1 / T

Cross-multiply, and you get…

8T = 15
T = 15 / 8 (or 1.875) hours

Your normal working hours would be entered – they should pay your expenses to and from

the destination – you are on company business – you’ll get paid for Monday & Tuesday but

probably not Sunday – unless you normally work on Sunday

When you go into the control panel and then power options, click on power schemes and then choose one of the options Ilisted. On the computer Im using Im only showing 5hrs as the max hours of standby. Hope this helps

Companies have rules about how to do this. If you are approved for overtime, then you should record your actual time of course in order to get paid for the time.
However, some companies say to record only your first 8 hours of each day, others say to record only the first 40 hours of the week, etc.
You really should ask your supervisor and/or boss, and if you need, timekeeping group, at your place of employment. We don’t want you to get fired for doing your time card wrong.
As an aside, I hope you are leaving enough time in your day to relax and spend with friends and family. But, that’s a different matter. :-)
