Cisco Networking

Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO, SEHK: 4333) is a multinational company with more than 63,000 employees and annual sales of U.S. dollars in 2007. Headquartered in San Jose, California, designs and sells it the networking and communications technologies and services under five brands, namely Cisco, Linksys, WebEx, IronPort and Scientific Atlanta.

Cisco Certifications:

Cisco Certifications are IT professional career certifications for Cisco products. The tests are administered by Pearson VUE (Prometric previously administered the test, but from 1 August 2007, no more)

There are three levels of certification:

* Partner,
* Professional and
* Expert.

Certification Company:

* Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA)
* Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA):

Candidates have the option of certification by two tests (ICND1 640-822 and ICND2 640-816) or a single test (CCNA 640-802) to receive two-test option has the advantage that the candidate is certain Topics focus.

CCIE Security:
