Question : how to refill ink for printer canon ip 1880 correctly?
hello my printer is canon ip1880, the printer shows ‘out of ink’ status every time even after refill. seems like it cannot detect any ink refilled. after few times refill, the cartridge spoilt and i have to buy a new one. how to solve this problem? please help me.. thanks!
additional: mind telling how to inject color ink?

The cartridge will actually never read as full, the printer remembers the electronic signature of the cartridge, and recalls it is the cartirdge it just emptied.
As for the the cartridge spoiling, after about 2 refills the electronic strip on the back will start to lift. It really does not matter how well you refill it, this will happen. At that point the cartridge will cease giveing a proper print or will cease to register at all.

refill kits sell almost as expensive as the original cartriges… plus the hassle, can i just buy the ink in bulk somewhere? michaels xpedx or something? also which brands are the easiest to refill i know to look for separate color cartridges, and stay clear of HP theyre pressurized, any other tips? are cannon good candidates? im currently looking at brother and epson

The very best place is eBay. People sell ink DIRT cheap on eBay to compete against others, I cannot see how some people make a profit at times, their prices are that low.
