Question : Does anyone know if HP or its affiliates refill inkjet cartridges? Someone claims they do but I think its on a limited basis instead of every inkjet they make. inkjet cartridges

Answer by Synful VisionsNo, they do not simply refill them.
Portions are reused, but that is not the same.
The actual purpose of their cartridge retrun programs is to prevent the remanufacturers from being able to get the empty cartridges. This is both physical availability, and the legal issue of the contract you enter when you agree to return the empty one for “recycling.”

The printer has been sitting on my desk for a long time (HP 1020) and recently I have tried to print something and I noticed that the paper was almost covered in toner. Question : laser printer toner cartridge refill questions? I would like to buy a laser printer but not sure which one I should go with. My main concern is the price of the toner cartridge.
