I dont know about vista, but try going to search or find all files or folders, then see if there is an option for size something like “what size is it” then look for specify size, then put in something like at least 50000 bytes. thats 50 megs. it should bring up all files on your computer that are that size or larger. use your judgement and delete the ones that look like they dont belong or that you never use.
