I have a 2wire wireless dsl modem through AT&T. It was working fine this morning. Then I tried to use it about an hour later, and it is not working. When I open my browser, it says “Broadband link not available” and the “DSL” and “Internet” lights on the modem are flashing red(supposed to be green). All the other lights are green. I tried resetting the modem by hitting the reset button, I unplugged the phone and power cable and plugged them back in. I tried a brand new phone cable, I tried a different phone jack. Tech support was no help.
Anyone have any ideas how to correct this?

If you hit reset you may have to set it back up. I see you unplugged power. It is best to leave in unplugged for about 30 seconds when you do so. The modem itself may be failing.

There is a lever on the right side of the seat. Push it in to the the base and it locks the chair. Pull it out and it should rock again. Be careful though. It’s the same lever used to adjust height, and it’s easy to push it down while you are trying to pull it out, and you will drop like a stone. Hope this helps.
