Question : I am trying to fix a 42″ widescreen lcd tv. the high voltage and power supply fuses blow when switched on. I have been trying to fix this LG tv for a while. the sound works fine, but there is no picture. it clicks as normal when powered up, but clicks again a couple of seconds later. Is this a common problem with these tv’s? high voltage power supply

Answer by BudThe failure rate on most LCD TVs is low enough so there are few “common” problems. If there are any common problems it is with power supplies in general. Fuses blow only after the damage is already done. More >

Im trying to connect a lap top to my wireless dsl high-speed internet.I dont have my dsl installation cd anymore and my lap top is not picking up any signals.I tried connecting my ethernet directly and that didn’t work.I tried using an ethernet cable cord and still nothing.The laptop I have is a IBM ThinkPad with Microsoft Windows Me.Believe me I tried alot of ways possible to connect to internet and still no luck.CAN SOMEONE PLEASSSSS HELP ME OUT. wireless dsl

Question : Trying to sell some printer cartridges? I got sucked into a deal where you buy a whole bulk of ink cartridges for your printer at a discount price. Since I have bought them, our printer quit working and we had to get a new one (nothing to do with the ink, just a very well used printer) Well, now I have 7 ink cartridges that are not what go in our new printer. Is there a way I can sell them or does anyone know a company who will take them? discount printer cartridges

Ok so my apartment complex sucks and to get xbox live you have to pay 15 bucks a month to get connected. my friend, that has a PS3 avoided this by hooking a tv cable wire into a router right next to his system and it works fine. would this work for xbox too? cable router

What computer would act as the server when several computers are part of a workgroup in the first place?
LAN connectivity is still functioning properly and I’ve never run into this problem before.

This is the cycle my sky router went through when attempting to establish a connection to Sky via BT. This took Sky and BT 2 weeks to fix. Twice. I live a stone’s throw away from the excahnge on the same street and yet have never gotten the 8Mb/s I’m paying for. In the 10 or so weeks I’ve had the service, it’s been offline for 4. The Sky 1st level helpdesk is useless, but 2nd tier is OK; very helpful. BT don’t know their @rse from their elbow. My old modem was a motorolla which apparently has had massive failures in the power supply. New modem is a westel. Should I reinstall the router or is there something else I need to do? Cisco Router Wireless WRT160N V2.
